Maul was just put up for pre-order recently. And technically Rogue One is a prequel too bud. There's still hope for Revenge of the Sith Kenobi my friend.
True. Although I think the Sith pieces are probably part of a different revenue stream for Sideshow. This is the second PF of Maul, along with the Mythos piece.

I'm glad I have the Mythos Kenobi. I don't think we'll see the likes of him until the Obi Wan movies start coming out.

There's a Jango PF coming summer 2017 also. I don't think SS is done with the prequels quite yet. It definitely isn't their main Star Wars focus though, but I think they know what characters they can sell from the prequels. Maul and Jango are definitely in that group, so is Obi-Wan.

The detail on the sword is awesome. :rock

The face (much like every other piece) will make or break it.

Was the last one that bad? Didn't read too much into it but understood it wasn't great. Oh well

I think in general Sideshow's head sculpts lack actor likeness - not all - but many. And I'm not saying they're horrible, but they're not to the quality I expect. It's never really affected me though because I stick with comic-themed pieces - not movie adaption ones.

This should answer your questions about why they Fail

Hahahahaha ok. Come to think of it. When Inwas on the fence of ordering a fre PF movies i held back for that reason exactly. Thor DW premium format, cap winter soldier, even the new bats. Main reason im sticking with comic book statues.

It's actually the 3rd PF of Maul. I love the mythos Ben, however I only collect 1/4 scale. I still have hope that we will see the PF of him. We have to.

Lil' bit. Yeah. Lil' bit.

I checked out the detailed pics, and I really like it, but 1/5 totally DQs this thing from my collection.
