For the real special pieces I prefer PF. But generally if it ain't pose able I am not interested.

PF all the way. The only 12 inch figures i collect is Hot Toys and Enterbay and a couple of SS figures (The Dead).

I prefer PF. Whether or not I can afford PF is another matter and the majority of my collection is made up of 1/6 but I prefer PF.

I'm missing an option in this poll

Fully sculpted statues/maquettes/dioramas

That one has my vote :monkey3

I love what both have to offer so I buy both. Each one has something to offer that the other doesn't and for that reason it is nice to be an owner of both. I can't have one over the other. It's like having multiple children. I simply can't have a favorite.. or can I? hehe

I like the PF's the most, but for some items I prefer 12" figures. I'm not creative enough for posing the 12" figures so I prefer ones that come posed. :lol

I still prefer 1/6 scale.

If Sideshow release more modern horror in PF I would have more, but for now I only have a couple PFs.

I think I have around 50 1/6 figures, and only 3 PFs with one more on the way.

I can understand PF, But I just love 12"!!! It's bring all the joy of a toy with all the attention to detail or a PF... Plus I think posing a figure and getting the right angle and pose for display is a lot of fun!

I love the 1/6th format, but some PF's are must buys. Like the Hulk, and Thing. You are never going to get a better interpretation of either of these characters IMO.

I prefer 1/6 for its flexablity. you can get more poses and play value while still retain the high quality look of the PF. While its true that not all character can be done this way, (hulk, and other characters with huge muscles) the single pose PF just seems very limited. If you dont like the pose it comes in, then you are screwed. There is not a chance that you can alter its pose to the way you want.

While I agree that 1/6 is more flexible, there are very few 1/6 that can maintain the quality look of a PF. Very few....
