I received my Reg and Excl Anakin today. The Excl was OK thankfully but the Reg box was super smashed. The figure is OK, I am not going to resell it so I am not real upset, but come on SS!...if it had been the Excl I would have been major mad. Please oh please put them in a larger outer box. The box is so cool in this line. It is a shame to ruin a piece of artwork like that.

It happens, they aren't the the one that damages it. I've also had a few figure boxes arive damaged and have had no problems with SS sending me replacements.

I know that SS didn't damage the box, it was a mishap in shipping. I am really happy with the figure and it will never be in the box unless for storage. I just really liked the look of the box and it is a shame that it was damaged. I do think a larger outer box with some packing would have prevented it from being smashed so badly. I do not need or want a replacement, the figure is amazing and I am off to do more action poses.

I'm fine with the delays. As another poster said, more time to accumulate the funds.

What irritates me is that SSC clearly doesn't process/ship orders "first come, first serve" as they claim. I ordered the exclusive Anakin about 45 minutes into the pre-order when the regular edition wasn't even yet available, but still mine just shipping from CA this morning and there are collectors who already have their REGULAR editions?!?!?

A big part of the reason I tried hard (and got) the Anakin and Obi-Wan exclusives was so I could get mine soon after they're released.

its really the wait thats bothering me. i know its not gonna ship right away, but its that other people are getting them and i just have to sit and drool when i know i ordered mine the first 10-15 minutes on the pre-order.

I don't mind delays when everyone has to wait. I HATE waiting once it has started shipping though.

I don't mind delays at all. As long as the figures arrive in good condition, I can be very patient. It can get real frustrating when after months of delay, you get a product which has some defects. That would truly suck.

Not saying this is the case, because I don't know, but sometimes the regular arrives before the exclusive so it gets sent out first. I know it happened with GG, I got my reg Grievous from a dealer before people were getting their exclusive direct from SS shipping notice. Of course there were a few other shipping issues with Grievous that Tom is a little more familiar with...
