A few years ago Hot Toys had a Star Wars poll that I believe Chewy won. . .just saying!

My favorite is the BTTF 2 "train shirt" Doc.

1955 Doc is the more colorful character. However, 1985 Doc has the white jumper that is more iconic.

I'd pick 1955 as well, but i wouldn't mind BTTF2 since it has those shades. If the likeness is crappy, it can be covered.
