I agree, I was pleasently surprised with how good P.B. was last season. I am wanting an awesome second season as well.

I loved the first couple of seasons of OC. Anyone else shooting for the Atomic County SDCC exclusives of the OC characters as superheroes?

...just me then?

Lost comes back for 6 weeks, then takes a 13 week break? What the heck is that?

I hope PB comes back. It was my favorite show from last season besides Nip/Tuck.

An ABC rep. said that it is their alternative to the many breaks between episodes. During the 13 week break ABC is going to air a new freshman series.

I'd love to see that Summer girl in her strip costume :monkey5

BG returns in Oct. They just did a big preview during the pilot of Eureka. The new BG looks like Deadwood in space. 20% grittier than ever before!

OK, I like "Lost" as much as the next Lost Head, but they're pushing the limits of my endurance to give us so little then make us wait so freakin' long in-between new episodes! Methinks this show believes it is so important that people won't stray on to something else while they're off the air...

Oh, who am I kidding? I'll be waiting with bated breath for the return of "Lost" in February! :lol

Damn that Hanso Corporation! :monkey4 :D

Yesturday I had the chance to catch the Lost panel at the SDCC. Here are some intresting news blurbs....

- Kate will choose her man by the 6th episode.
- The black smoke is NOT nanobots.
- The characters MIGHT not be on the island for the amount of time that they think they have been there.
- Keep watching for OZ refrences.
- If you are asking questions about rich/powerful fathers you are asking the right questions.
- The hyrogliphics in the hatch mean "underworld"
- Desmond will be back.
- Libby will continue to pop up in flash backs.
- JJ Abrams will direct the 7th episode.
- During the 13 week break there will be 13 (2 min.) web/phone episodes.
- The 1st episode is called "A Tale of Two Cities"
- John Locke will get his hunting knife back...
- You will NEVER hear the word "Clone" on the t.v. show LOST
- There will be 3 new cast members who have not been cast yet.

And most importantly a new website was revealed by a plant in the Q&A session. I'm not following the mythology on the websites, but I guess a girl calling herself Persephone aka Rachel (something) confronted the LOST producers accusing them of being a front for the evil Hanso foundation. She gave a website address of www.hansoexposed.com.

Cool. I love exploring these sites. I'll post anything I find in the Lost thread.

I think they are airing it this way in response to people complaining about how sporatic the show was aired last year. This way you get 6 straight weeks, one long break, then the rest of the season uninterrupted.

after reading the latest of the Civil War comics, there is an ad on the back about a "Who Wants to be a Super Hero" reality show to be on Sci Fi channel thursday July 27th.
