Very happy.... We could see Spain pretty early though... But to be honest, you have to expect to play and beat two or three super class teams like a Spain or Germany or Brazil or whomever to win it all. The glory is in the winning, not the avoiding.
I think the seeding of the groups in the wc is wrong. I just had a look at the tables and if you look at them every team who's in the first place will go through to the second round. Second place is up for grabs with most if not all the groups between the remaining 3. Preferred the older system of unseeded groups. I think thats what fifa want though.
Im going for spain to win the wc. They have an amazing team but also i think this time it could be englands turn. Haven't really seen much of the south american teams to be honest. Brazil can never be counted out can they. Argentina are supposedly in not too good a shape under maradona.

G, to me, is the toughest.... Brazil v. Portugal will be the marquee group stage match... Ivory Coast (and just about all the African teams in their respective groups) could make some serious noise there too.

I think we have a big challenge ahead of us. Germany, Australia, Serbia, Ghana.
I see Germany being top of the group (obviously), and I'm hoping we will get second place. Ghana are a good team, and winning against them will be extremely important. I'm not too concerned about the game against Serbia.

There's an opportunity to get through to the knock out stages there for the taking, Tug. Like you said, beat Ghana and Serbia and the rest should take care of itself...
You know how it goes though, sometimes even a team like Germany can slip up.
