Wait you know that was actually worse for you right?

If OSU had won all Michigan had to do is win, now they have to win and Mich St has to loose.

If Mich beat OSU and OSU beat MSU....

How would a 10-2 Michigan team get in ahead of a 11-1 OSU team? Maybe I am missing something here.....

It said if OSU and Mich won out the winner would go to the championship game.


And Michigan's changes of getting in over a Big 12 is low, they would need both Oklahoma teams to lose today, then OU beat OSU, Baylor beat TCU and then lose to Texas. If any one of those 4 win out they will have one loss. Their best chance really is for ND to slip up.

Yea ... It may be possible B10 isn't represented in playoffs. Iowa wins out maybe but no guarantee MSU wins out they'll go. Even if all fall into place for OSU or Michigan no promise they'll get in over other 1 loss teams

I don't understand how a one loss OSU team would lose out on a BIG10 title game spot to a two loss Michigan team. It makes no sense. NFL doesn't work that way. Unless BIG10 goes on strictly conference records to determine that.... I never knew that. My guess were always based on most wins, then if there is a tie the conference record determines who goes to BIG10 title game. I read the same thing as you and I just assumed it was a mistake....

Best chances are indeed ND slipping up. I agree. A loss to Standford is needed. I just don't see them losing. I think the BIG12 craziness takes effect There still is a lot needed anyways for Michigan to get in and then they need some help from the committee to get picked still. Multiple scenarios can go down. I am just happy there still is a chance.

Wow.... what a bunch of sore losers for OSU. Elliot crying about the playcall and throwing the coach under the bus when he had his worse game of the year. Then Cardale and Elliot declaring for the draft after the loss just seems disrespectful. Rubbing salt in the wounds.

Michigan has almost ZERO chance of making the playoff now since the committee gives weight to conference champs. Michigan can't make it to the B1G Championship.

Best bet looks like Sugar Bowl vs Florida.

Actually to me that makes WAY more sense. So two teams have a loss in the conference and one lost to a top 5 team and other school played all directional schools out of conference why should the team that chose the cupcake schedule be rewarded even though the loss in conference was head to head.

They do require to play at least that many. So you have 4 games that you can play anyone. So if you play a bunch FBS or north southwest state tech in those 4 and there other team loses to a top power 5 conference team how is that fair to use that loss over the head to head.

They can still make a run if they win out and OSU and MSU lose a few.

Yeah they can. They beat OSU and then win the big ten and since they are Michigan they will get picked for a spot in the playoffs. Most likely not going to happen, but.... still a very very small chance.

Well.... the way I figure it now..... Clemson is in, SEC team in, FSU is now a two loss team, ND will lose to Standford, PAC 12 will eliminate themselves by each contending team having two losses, BIG 12 one loss won't get in because of lack of conference champion and because they are hated by CFP voters, MSU can easily lose to OSU/Nebraska/Penn and OSU can lose to Michigan/Minn/Ill.

All this happens... Michigan will be picked ahead of a BIG12 or PAC12 one loss. Look at that Sugar Bowl they made it to... not deserving at all but they got picked because they are Michigan.

It is still very possible with the way the season has been. No clear cut dominant team, letting any team win on any Saturday.

I am not giving up hope, no matter how little there may be.

Cardale just had to make one good play to seal the win.....

I will be rooting hard for MSU to beat OSU. Then MSU to lose against Penn. Then for Michigan to beat OSU. All that works out.... Michigan goes to the BIG10 title game.

Always special teams messing up. Freshman roughs the punter. Then they get a TD. We lose by seven that play will be the root cause.

I don't think you can determine whether you annoy another person . Refs missing all kinds of calls they may be a factor as well

Not correct....Michigan player offsides, touched OSU player no call we used a time out. Also JT was tackled by clear face mask not called. ****** calls going both ways

How about the hold, pass interference on touchdown pass....refs suck
