3D HELP NEEDED! Custom Me

I have scanned in my own head using an Xbox Kinect and my Mac

My 3D skills are very limited, I'm ok with shapes but have no idea how to convert this into a .stl file and keep it looking smooth like the render in the picture below .. It will also need to be resized to fit on a figure.

If someone is able to do this for me I am willing to pay! Just PM me and I can send over the file!
