Yes it is the HT S Todd head with scars and hair added. There is an ebay seller selling a pretty good looking Hendrix head.

Everything about the eBay Hendrix head is off I have it in hand the skin tone is way to dark his nose is to small etc if you hold off a while I will hopefully be offering 2 resculpted versions.
