It's surprising how often good sculpts are hidden under factory paint jobs... Always love the way you bring heads to life, (or undeadness, in the case of your zombie ones).

My dad's surgery was successful

thanks so much for the kind words fellas i was at hospital yesterday for 15.5 hours or so. i'm going back today to see my dad in ICU, where he'll be for the next couple days. he should be home by wednesday or thursday of next week

last night felt like the soundest sleep of my entire life - so much relief.

Your latest paint ups are also fantastic, and I'm glad your dad loves the work you did on the Jeremy Brett sculpt.

Hey there For a base skin tone it is safe to mix burnt sienna, raw sienna, white and a tiny bit of blue. Try to work from light to dark in multiple thin layers. Never expect full coverage in one pass with any brush as a rule - even when doing things like blocking in hair color. Hope this helps some.

Hey there For a base skin tone it is safe to mix burnt sienna, raw sienna, white and a tiny bit of blue. Try to work from light to dark in multiple thin layers.
