I think the seller is just being honest in case someone wants absolute pristine condition. This guy will have minor paint rubs where fist punches ground and on foot, but close up pics wold certainly be helpful. The posted pics look great.

His BIN prices are pretty reasonable. He had a Bowen FS Chrome Colossus for a BIN of $399 that got snapped up in less than a minute.(would have bought that one if I saw it in time)

Awesome purchase spidermonkey. Only a bunch of guys from this forum would care that you paid that much for this piece, which is a good deal for what it normally goes for. Yesterday i received my exlcusive iron man for 1100$...it has minor defaults, but on dislay we can't see anything. Tony Stark is sculpted very well.
It's really awesome, i think i prefer this version than the stealth.
