In the T1 thread I've seen more posts complaining about or warning off the nitpickers than I have seen posts of someone actually nitpicking the figure. Really I looked back through it and found myself utterly confused - did I miss a bunch of stuff that got deleted or what? All this talk of nitpickers was totally disproportionate to the actual quantity of nitpicking posts.

Complaining about complaining is as endemic as the complaining itself. Ah but its all fun. I love this place.

Well half of that thread is comprised solely of Difabio's posts. You're just confused.

For the record, I haven't set foot in that thread. And I've all but abandoned the A&R boards because of the Obsessive Compulsive Douchiness that's made them worse than the Star Wars boards.

edit: By the way, i see a future where market economics does not work anymore because of stupid consumers, and i do not just talk about action figures, in most branches people dont care about quality any more, take cameras as an example, mega pixels sell, image quality does not... Insane...

Didn't I read in the HT Newsletter that was intended from the get-go? So that falls into the "normal refinement process from Proto to Prodo" department.

These are the same idiots who need an outlet in their PlugIn airfreshener because they are incapable of unplugging it to use the outlet. FAIL! Seriously though, companies work on a budget and have to cut corners within that budget to refine other elements. People seldom realize this because they're looking at it from the standpoint of an employee vs. a business owner.

There is nothing constructive about acting like a twat. There has been an overabundance in cheapasses, nitpickers, recasters, babies who like/need titties (but who doesn't, right?), analraypists (arrested development joke) collectors, uniformed jackasses, and overall see you next Tuesdays on here for my tastes. People need to just relax and remember that they're just toys. Enjoy them for what they are, be kind and rewind. The SW forum is starting to come back and look classy compared to the Aliens/Robots section. There is something wrong with that.
