Something also worth mentioning that was very important for me during my childhood was Trading Cards...It was basically Soccer cards, but was very popular here in the early/mid 90's.

I bought and traded tons of Star Wars cards in the late 70s/early 80s. I even got in trouble in the 5th grade because of them. :lol I still have my complete sets from the OT. Stickers and all.

I also have a set of ALIEN cards. I was the only one who collected them, so unfortunately I didn't have any of my friends to trade with. I think it was because I was the only 13-year-old whose parents let them see ALIEN at the time.

That's one thing I wish I would have collected at a young age...SW cards. I had sooo many friends with baseball cards that I collected everything baseball. My wifey just told me today "when are you getting rid of all those sets?"...

:slap

I still have all my SW and Empire Topps cards. I also have #207 of C3PO with his "goldenrod"

If you don't know what I mean google it.

I loved these guys. Didn't know there was a comic - or even that they had a name! lol.

They were great additions to the TF/Gobot ranks.

I loved those, along with the pudding pies (especially vanilla) and zingers!!! :yess:

We had a Dolly Madison Bakery outlet about 20min from the house we used to get all of that nutritional goodness!!! And of course, the Peanuts gang and those puzzles made it all worth while as well. :)

Too bad they were bought by Hostess. They just don't taste the same anymore, imo.

OMG, now that's a site to remember!!! I loved those pies and yes the pudding pies!!!!!
