I've had nothing but great service and support from Sideshow as well.

Are they perfect? Who is? But at least they try to resolve whatever problem arrises as best as possible.

And most importantly, the switch to UPS has been a positive one... so far... :cool:
 
I thought they cancelled his brother and gave his mom a $75 credit.

I'd almost be prepared to have a sibling cancelled for a $75 Sideshow credit.

Its good to hear some good news , usually its all doom and gloom. In my dealings with Sideshow regarding my missing cloak (not mine personally but Luke's :rolleyes: ) the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help. Definately the best customer service I've seen for a long time! I'll continue to buy from them for a long time yet!
