Bob, so sorry to hear about your family, I really hope you and yours find solace during htis ordeal. It is a tragedy, and I will keep you and yours in my thoughts.
I hope you don't think badly of customers who simply were looking for answers to (as far as I was concerned) unresolved issues and I apologize if you took offence to any questionings and misgivings.

two members of my family were involved in a vehicle roll over and one of them in going to be paralyzed for the rest of her life due to it and the other also suffered a severe back injury and will need care for at least a year. I simply close shop for a week while I help my wife deal with situation we are now faced with her mother and her 15 year old little sister. I am now back at work full time and all orders emails and phone calls should proceed as normal.

Bob, I haven't ordered from Fireside, but you have often been nice enough to post more information about items and collectibles, even if you no longer had them available, and referred people elsewhere.
