About Garindan's trunk

Hi guys!
I'm finishing my second Garindan custom figure and I have one doubt: what colour do I have to use for painting his trunck: gray, brown or a mix of both?
I've been seeing some pictures from the film in which his trunk looks gray coloured. However, the Garindan's trunk (mini bust by GG) is brown coloured.
I'd like to know your opinions.

I've always been confused by the GG bust. In the film, it certainly isn't brown.

Thought I'd post a pic so you can see what I did with mine. I just did a very light drybrushing on the snout to add a hint of brown, then again with grey. I went very light with it as I only wanted to give enough color to it to make the snout stand out from the rest of the face.



Yours looks really awesome. I like that you added the pouch to the belt. I think I may pick one up to add to mine
