Locke looks darn good! Maybe she could touch it up and make Peter Watts from Millennium!

Holy moly! Thanks for posting the link to her website. Ada's Bishop/Lance Henriksen head is even better than Sideshow's Frank Black. I may just buy that head and stick it on the Sideshow body! https://www.wantedactionfigure.com/productShow.asp?id=78

Thanks.

You might take notice that the hair on the painted head is not the same hair as the unpainted head. You might want to check to make sure you are getting the head you want.

Hi, everyone. I am new here but I know a couple of things related to Ada Chan. I dunno should I say it but I feel bad to see fans here being deceived! I know there will be those who will not believe what I have to say but please dun hold any grudges against me coz I am going to tell the truth!

I know why Ada's sculpt is not consistence and getting worst. I have a friend in China who knows this china sculptor who is doing wood/clay sculpting in Shen Zheng of China and it's very near to Hong Kong. He's 1 of the sculptors who sculpts for Ada. He actually sculpts human faces and some cartoon figures for kids along a small lane outsides a temple there and Ada will usually pass pics to him and get him to sculpt on the spot. This sculptor is not there everyday and is too poor to afford any mobile phone. So if there are any alterations or improvements to be done, Ada have to pass the incompleted work to another sculptor. That's why there are problems in details and scale of the head sculpt. Btw, do ya know how much is she paying the china sculptor??? It's just only $100HKD which is equivalent to $13USD!!!

Dun yell at me. This is what I get to know and I am just sharing.

That's strange, I thought she did it herself...:(
If you're saying true, it could explain a lot... :(

Now, on second thought, I doubt that the people working for Hasbro, Mattel and many others are more generous...

I'm not at all surprised that a crew of other people do the sculpts. I don't know if you have noticed but she also offers large size busts, statues, and paintings. There's no way one person is doing all of that work in such a short time frame! Hell, Thomas Kinkade doesn't paint all of his paintings and I'll bet there are many more artists that are guilty of the same.

Ada is not well known or anything, so who cares who sculpts it as long as the quality is there.

As far as what she pays her sculptors: Business is business, and I think we have a pretty good idea why America is outsourcing so much work to other countries.

I have yet to buy a sculpt from her, although I have a big wish list, and I like the looks of most of her sculpts. Sawyer, on the other hand, not so much.:)
