The print is soooooo tiny!..

The prints used to be free. The EX's used to be the same price as the reg. Now the give us an 8 1/2 x11" inch print for an extra $15? Absurd. Firstly, I think the greater profit margin that SS makes of of EX's should be more than enough to make the additional cost of a print negligible. I think it was unfair that they started charging more for the Exs in the first place, but when the print is this small, it needs to be free. Where is my rebate, SS? Otherwise, ship us a larger print separately.13"X19" please.

Please keep in mind that the extra $15 isn't the cost of a desk-top printer spitting out a print. Sideshow also has to pay the artists to do those prints you guys are getting. Otherwise, Adam could just do the design art that he provides the sculptor with and leave it at that.

Ok, that's true, but the fact remains that EX statues with prints USED TO cost the same as regulars, ala Mary Jane, Emma Frost, Black Cat. Those were all much larger prints than this, and they didn't cost anything extra for the customer. Yes, I am aware that SS must pay the artists to make the prints, but SS makes a MUCH higher profit margin off of their EX statues than they do by selling the reg statues through retailers, and that much greater profit margin apparently used to be more than enough to pay the artists. So now we have to pay $15 more for the EX because of the print, and this one ends up being the size of a standard sheet of paper (because of the box dimensions, apparently)and so WHY is that, exactly? Not only have the prices of the statues gone up from $124.99 to $159.99 for the regulars, but now the EXs with prints cost $15 more. What has changed?

Yeah I noticed that as well but you can also say the same for comiquettes in general. Scarlet Witch is $220 and for $80 more, you can get the Wolverine PF. Doesnt make much sense. You would think that comiquettes would cost no more that $200 but then again, it depends on its size.

Here's a couple with flash and without to show her color.

They have definitely come a long way. This image is actually a great display of how Sideshow has evolved over the years in both sculpting and painting.
