Good episode tonight.

I wasn't expecting to see Dixie take out the "Flower delivery man" (I didn't catch his name) there's obviously more to her than meets the eye and the Stan Lee cameo was cool to see!

I wasn't either. I was just sitting there and all of a sudden I'm like "WHOA!"

Finally caught the first three episodes . . . and despite all the limitations and amputations that network Disney demands, this is looking surprisingly solid and fun.

(Everything "SHIELD" could have been and wasn't.)


Atwell is the anchor here, and she absolutely owns the role.


The budgetary limitations are obvious, but given that this is a period piece, I can forgive the same "Bell Telephone" establishing shot being recycled every other shot.






Did I mention that Hayley Atwell can melt a glacier?

I had the same reaction with Dixie as well. Another enjoyable episode. I think I'm liking this more than SHIELD.

Huh, and I'm watching Avengers right now, and the guy who plays Sousa on the show played an extra as a cop in the movie. Just noticed him.

As much as I like AoS, I'm liking this series more also. Having aid that I'm looking forward to AoS's return.

I thought Sousa looked familiar.

Loved that they showed the training that Dixie went through and it was great seeing Dum Dum Dugan again, it was awesome!

Was that supposed to be the original Howling Commandos from The First Avenger, wardrobe/pictures seen in Winter Soldier? Aside from Dugan, the others didn't look the same. New actors?
