If those plans are for Attilan that's a pretty big step of AoS, could be that the Kree was sent to it for recon or to destroy the Inhumans,

The Krees are the creator of the Inhumans (in the comics). Looks like they are going in the same route in the movies.

Frank could easily be an anti-hero that daredevil goes up against in his show. So many possibilities. It seems unlikely we'll be seeing a punisher film any time soon so tv may be his best bet. And with Netflix they can get away with a little more.

Yeah that seems like the way to go, or AMC or HBO if they are doingg something like Dirty Laundry, I'm betting they won't pitch something like that to ABC
