There is a 19" in height difference between the LSF & PF.

The Arkham City version looks nice because she's in motion. As a standstill pic, she does nothing for me. That's the ultimate test of whether it will pass the statue test. AH's version is the ultimate, unless of course SS messes up the face!

Then again, being an LSF, I'm already out due to the price.

Jim Lee didn't design the Arkham City version of Catwoman.

Actually, He didn't have any part in creating her modern costume. Darwyn Cooke came up with the design back in 2001.

Jim Lee did popularize the outfit in the Batman: Hush series which definitely drew more readers that Selina's Big Score. Which is probably the reason why he gets credited with it.
