I'd be willing to give it a shot. I have painted at least 7-8 life-sized Clone Troopers helmets and armor sets into weathered 501st for several people. I would need to adjust to do it in the 1/6 scale, but I am sure it can be done. I would test it on some crappier 12" figures first, though. NO WAY would I want to screw up somebody's $150 figure.
