I wonder if Hauser has special plans for all the captured convicts in the underground jail?

Although last night's escapee was killed......and perhaps taken care of by the doctor.

There's something with all that blood they're taking, too.

Hopefully this part of the story will be revealed sooner then later.

There are a lot of questions to be answered; Where have all the 63's been? Why haven't they aged? Why are they back now? Why is Lucy still so young?

So was the killer dead and the doctor going to embalm him, or was he dead and the doctor was going to revive him? :horror

And why no Slusho or Apollo bar references? I feel cheated. :lol

I think you guys are looking down the wrong path to assume "they aren't aging". I think it was pretty obvious that the characters are "reappearing" from somewhere. In the pilot the first guy reappeared in his prison suit. Surely he hadn't been wearing it for 50 years. :lol

Its something to do with crossing dimensions or time warping or something like that.

The reason the doctor and the psychologist are the same age is clearly the "event" took everyone on the island not just prisoners.

I agree....at end of 3rd ep they made it pretty clear the reappearing characters are pretty much in the 60's ways of doing things, as that's what they know: music, etc

So do you guys think that Alcatraz will be like Lost? Where they'd just improvise the story and the answers to the mysteries as they go along where different writers build on the story of the earlier writers?

If that's the case with Alcatraz then there might be no written answers to the mystery of:

The inmates appearing in the future.

Maybe they'll just improvise the answer to that later down the road in season 13 with some disappointing ending like Lost..

Btw, some of you guys really need to get laid! :lol

Edit: Just saw that Alcatraz has different writers for the current 3 episodes..

Yea, I thought this was obvious - it wasn't just the inmates and guards that were on the island when the event occurred.

Maybe he liked the color of the prison uniform? :lol
