Have you guys noticed that "Apone's" goatee and sideburns are only painted on? They're not sculpted, and it seems that Drake's Mustache is the same, so a quick repaint should be easy.

Now that's what I'm talkin' about! The ultimate diorama for the ultimate badass battle. Excellent work, btw!
:rock :rock :rock

Yup, but I didn't make this one.

Just got my Series 2 today, the wait is over!

Initial thoughts, love Hudson's gear and armor, pretty damn accurate, the knife comes out, may paint the handle black... now where's that Lonnie head!

Drake, dig him, yeah he looks a little goofy, head in box, but once you throw that hat on him, he looks great, no repaint for me, love the detailed gear too, didn't his smart rifle read "My b-itch"or something like that? didn't see it, no biggie, beads are cool too, I'm digging drake, glad I got him

Rip, looks great, need repaint, mine's going off to Les... and I'll have to wait in line like the rest of us.... Of course anyone following this thread knows I've been begging him do up my Rip for almost a year now LOL.

I noticed her flamethrower pulse rifle set looked a bit loose in the strap, already fixed them tight and extended the strap out as far as it will go as she had it slung over her shoulder in many poses...

I did notice that too. The buckle on the strap keeps the barrels apart on mine. How did you fix yours? Is it just a tightening issue or some other trick?

First extend the arm strap as far as it will go. It is also wrapped around the muzzle of both weapons so you just have to eyeball it and adjust as needed.

Have you tried some electrical tape?

I figured I'd try that when I get to building these guys... if I can't secure the guns any other way.

Ripley did use tape to fix the beacon on the guns, right? She tore them off and dropped them as she went. I'll do that too.

Cool beans. Thanks.

Guys could you confirm whether Drake, Hudson and Ripley have actual feet inside the boots (like Hicks, Apone and Vasquez) or are they just pegs that go into solid boots?
I had understood that they did have feet like Series 1, but a fellow collector over at the OSW forums has a Hudson with no feet.

Check it out here:

They all have feet, I could feel them inside the boots and see them inside Rips boots...

Just won a Drake on ebay. A good price too. $84 shipped. I also got a Chopper Predator. Trying to scrape up the cash to pick up some of the other Marines as well. Can't wait to get them. I've been wanting Marines, Predators, Robocop and Terminator Endoskeleton since I was a kid and saw the movies. Haven't been this giddy about action figures in a long time.
