I must concede, that Bishop's amazing!

I have been bothered on mine by not having some loose wisps of hair down his temples, and to see your whole head of hair makes me wanna try for it.
All I see you need to do is to dye his jumpsuit a bit blue, and get you some Sulaco patches for it, and that is about all. Where did you get his shoes? I have been looking for those myself!

Great job all around! :bow

You can get patches and extra ALIENS stuff here:

Please say that you have other Bishop heads for sale!! Or will make more!!! Or will offer a very detailed tutorial on its construction!!!! It's a MUST HAVE for any sci-fi collection!!!

Callous, amazing customs!
Both look great, thanks for sharing. Now I'm even more interested in seeing your alien custom finalized.

Wow....That is an amazing Bishop, probably the best I have ever seen. Love the hair work! Wish I had the talent for that. I know I'll attempt it eventually, as I desperately want a Bishop of my own. But I guarantee it won't be anything as nice as this!! Bravo!! :rock

Thanks everyone! The bishop head is the SS frank black sculpt. I took a cast of it and stripped off the sculpted hair and drilled out the eyes and then pieced it all together again and painted it. I wouldn't really feel right about making copies of it as it's not really my work but Sideshow's. The Apone head is my own sculpt and eyeless copies should be available from EVA models. His hair is velcro and it works perfectly in my opinion and doesn't get messy like bishops, so removing hats and helmets is not a problem.

dayum Callous. i knew u and Triad were doing wonders w/ moving eyes, but those look incredible! love the hair too. rabbit fur?

I know but if you're like me, and a lot of guys are, we are waiting for the Aliens Warrior announcement from HT. :D

I hope they're done with the AVP stuff, never interested me.

Or an Alien from Alien 1 would be just as good, if not better. ;)

But, an Alien Warrior is more likely at this point seeing as they already have their Aliens line going.

True,
Thing is I don't know if HT has the "ALIEN" License, but they do have "ALIENS".... and that other movie...

That would be a cool announcement for Toy Fair!

The Colonial Marines need a few Aliens (from the same movie) to kick around!!!

Great work, Callous! It's nice to know there are other talented collectors and movie fans like myself in Minnesotah!

Excellent work! So, where's mine? :monkey5:monkey2:monkey1

Yeah there are a couple of us here in the great north hehehe. I failed to mention that I sculpted bishops shoes and I don't think those are accurate either. I really need to do my research before I get to work. Oh and bishop's hair is indeed rabbit fur.

WOW! Well, again, that use of rabbit fur paid off in spades callous. Amazing results.

Here is all I could find for you, and the rest of the gang, as refs for Bishop. Note lighter blue inside rolled up sleeves too.
As far as I know, these are the actual costume and the shoes. Can't remember where they came from, but these look about right...
(And those shoes you did look mighty good to me!)

Okay! I'm late to the party, but I finally got my mitts on a Hot Toys Alien thanks to my wonderful fiance!

And I have to say it is really one the most amazing figures I've ever seen in 1/6. I haven't had this much fun with an action figure in a long time!

Here's a couple pictures of him terrorizing my other figures...

What a difference about 10 or so years makes in action figures...
Hot Toys (2006) Vs Medicom (1995ish)
