I see that shadow predator body doesn't have that fake fur over it. Was it hard to remove? Also pretty evident-nice customs by the way especially that classic predator!

May i just say this is probably the most awesome thread i've seen in SSF to date. All you guys have such a passion for the predator and alien franchises and your amazing pieces reflect this passion This thread has certainly perked up my miserable saturday morning at work
Wait a MINUTE!!
There is beauty in the simplicity of it, but please tell me you're not done.
The alien's color palate is an interesting one where various techniques are used to bring out the sculpt's full potential. It looks very unfinished to me if it's simply flat black.
Another concern is won't the paint flake off the body-suit?
Good Morning or evening to all,
Just seeking some knowledge on how to swap out dreads for Hot toys avp 2.0 predator figures. If anyone knows or can direct me to the right thread to ask this question please enlighten me even though I see custom work photoed here in this thread. What I would like to do is swap out the 2.0 Ancient predator dreads for the 2.0 Elder predator's dreads as I love the color blue and always thought the elder predators look so great due to their blue dreads and not just their armor. The other alternative is painting. If anyone can tell me which type of paint to use for painting the dreads the color I want please let me know. I already learned that acrylic paint and rubber don't mix as the figure I painted on was a phicen m30 body and it just flaked off in large amounts. So I don't think it would go well with the dreads. Thanks to all in advance for everyone that checks out this post.
Thank you so much for taking the time to look at my post! Looks like I'll be using industrial grade paint then hopefully can be found in small quantities.
