All Mondo X-Men Animated Figure Thread

Damn, 2.0 would make it my 4th Mondo Wolverine.

1.0, Meme and Jacket SDCC EX - brown suit is the only Wolverine I passed on.

Yep definitely ordering Wolvie.

On a side note, I like the Sentinel Bases but I can't get Rogue to secure in her stand without the fear or her tilting or falling. Anybody have any luck or suggestions?

I remember someone saying Mondo's product page was wrong. The specs say it includes 4 pairs of hands, I count 1 pair on the figure, 3 pairs pictured, and one extra hand. I suspect either the 'shuffling" hand A, or 'deck' hand B, is not included.

I'm mildly annoyed that a character with a sculpt reuse/repaint and only a measly 500 pieces has been delayed not once but twice, pushing it back to nxt year. You'd think that's a easy one to be done with. No. Delay those 500 repaints.???

Both card hands are missing. Mine only came with the single glowing card and the 3 throwing ones.

IIRC some reviewers said they contacted Mondo and got the card hands sent out to them

I know they are different scales but would the Mondo X-Men figures pair well with the Marvel Legends Sentinel (put it way back in a display or position for a forced perspective)?

The PO cutoff is next week and I doubt Mondo will ever release a 1/6 Sentinel (roughly 4 feet?). Tempted to get one.

I ordered one for this exact reason. I plan to put him on top of a clear acrylic shelf behind my other figures to give him a bit more height. And honestly their size would change from scene to scene. Like here if Wolverine was standing up he would almost come up to the Sentinel's waist:

I started 3D printing a very large sentinel

I ordered one for this exact reason. I plan to put him on top of a clear acrylic shelf behind my other figures to give him a bit more height. And honestly their size would change from scene to scene. Like here if Wolverine was standing up he would almost come up to the Sentinel's waist:

Thanks for being an enabler and providing justification to spend $200 on the Sentinel.

I reached out to Mondo about this, and they acknowledged that the first batch didn't include the card hands, but that they'd since corrected it. Wouldn't hurt to reach out to them to see if they can send you those missing hands.

I mentioned it on IG when it first released and they pretty much said they'd send the missing ones if I gave them my details...I'm bone idle though and it's not a big deal as they'd stay in the box anyway.

They're supposed to be 20' tall but seem to be all over the case scale- wise in various mediums. Personally, I'd be comfortable using this with 1/6 scale. Only reason I didn't order one myself is that this one looks a little cartooney (as it's intended to be).

Edit: I take back what I said. My Toys Era Juggernaut is about 20" so a Sentinel at this size is too small for 1/6!

Don't bother trying. I got her to stand one time for several weeks on it, but she will fall eventually. Most likely right away.

I PO’d one Sentinel since they don’t charge until it ships next year, unlike the Haslab where they charge upfront.
