Ugh, I can't stand DBZ. I mean, the north american version anyway. Too heavily dubbed for my taste!

Loved Inuyasha. Great series but too bad about the ending. Tried reading the manga but I ran out of patience reading backwards...

Anyone ever see Tekkonkinkreet that is one kick ass movie. A great story and very different type of anime. Its a must.

I just got done watching Ep. 1 of Brotherhood and loved it!! It looks like the next Ep. basically Ep. 1 is the original run. (As some have already said.)

I'm definitely going to pick this up. On Hulu, the Ep. is all in English subtitles, but according to Amazon.com, the DVD set has English dub. with the original voice cast. BUT, I don't know if Amazon.com website is wrong or if Hulu is only offering the Eng. subtitled version.

(I'm looking for one still sealed, and I'm not interested in the Remix versions or any other released versions.) I know these went "bye-bye" a long time ago, but once in a while I know they turn up.

I was wondering if someone here could explain the pricing on some series box sets. I've been wanting to watch Full Metal Panic, but every set they have come out with is way too expensive. Why is this so much more than other shows that have the same number of episodes?

Also, why do some 13 episode box sets cost just as much as 26 episode box sets? At first I thought is was popularity, but there are plenty of popular anime titles that are affordable.

Understand, i'm not referring to the original box sets for each series, but the later re-release of each show.

Is it the studios thinking they can charge whatever they want, so they make up a price they'd like people to pay?

As someone who loves Anime and wants to collect many different shows, it would be nice if every set was made affordable. Thanks for any help.

I just finished Death Note. Awesome. I think it could have been 10 episodes shorter, but whatever.

I wanted Light to die so bad by the end. I don't think I've despised any character as much as him. If it had ended any way other than it did, I would have been really disappointed.
