So after 34 days I finally receive a reply about my broken Pyro figure. Even though the 2pk is in stock and available everywhere, apparently Hasbro doesn't have any.
Instead they are sending me a random free figure (probably some worthless peg warmer I don't want or ever wanted). Nice, but who knows what I'll get. Now I have to watch and hope for an eventual sale somewhere on the 2pk, and then I'll have to dump my 2nd Rogue on Ebay I guess.
Apparently this is how Hasbro Pulse handles product issues as someone else here has had the same experience.. Moral of the story, if you buy something from Hasbro Pulse and you have a problem or issue, just buy another one from somewhere else. Not very good customer service. You would think buying directly from the manufacture would be the safest option if you encounter any product defects... Guess not.
If they ever get rid of the Premium member perks and free shipping, I will probably no longer purchase items from them other than their own Pulse exclusives. Between them shipping out figures weeks/months later than most other online retailers and now this, another reason to move on..
