In anticipation of the new 12" marvel legends wolverine I dug out the old 1995 toy biz version and did a retro review:)

My LCS got in the Select Homecoming Spidey last night so I snatched him up. Some little QC issues here and there but overall it’s a great figure.

Why can't Hasbro, or any company for that matter, make a classic costume Spider-Man figure with the perfect eyes the movie figures have?

It's a mystery to me. That's why I love the Marvel Select 'Homecoming' Spider-Man. Even with the added elements from the movie, it still looks more like the classic 60's/70's Spider-Man than any other figure I can think of. If anyone has made a better classic-look Spidey in the past 40 years I'd sure like to see it.

Yep, I can't believe we can't get a Romita Sr 60-70-80's Spidey figure especially with today's modern tech and articulation.

I still really like the ML Icons Hulk.

I don't like that one at all. He has a pin head; the proportions on him are all wrong; his arms go down to his knees like a gorilla. His hair style is ridiculous. That's a 90's Hulk straight from the Image ****** bags and all of their imitators.

Eh, I'm just not a fan of the new ML Hulk's proportions. His head looks slightly too big and his height is disappointing.

I've always preferred the "massive" Hulk figures. This still looks good, but it's not my cup of tea.

Finally a 1:6 scale comic wolverine that is the correct height, badass and affordable, really digging this figure:)
