Yeah the pegs are a slight eye sore. They are from the design in the movie but made a bit larger to accommodate putting the shield on and having some clearance of the forearm. Unfortunately they are not removable. They could be trimmed down, putty over the hole, blend paint. But I want to keep the option to put the shield on his arms with clearance of the forearm to move it around.

yeah it makes sense not to loose the ability... too bad, cause otherwise that figure looks pretty amazing!

Depends if you want cartoon accuracy or not. They're perfectly accurate to the cartoon and I think they look awesome. The MP coneheads are the only conehead figures that look like their cartoon characters. Can't ask for much more than that from an aesthetics perspective.

There are plenty of 3rd party options for the coneheads that don't have the cartoon accurate kneepads if that's what you're not keen on. They're cheaper than the Takara exclusives too.

Great collection, I'm going to have to steal that knuckle cracking pose for BC Brawn!

I'll be ordering MP Dirge as soon as it's available on TFS-Express. I already have the first two coneheads so I'll be picking it up for consistency. In retrospect I'd have rather waited and got a deal on the BB7 trio with toon head but I'm not giving up 2/3 of the way through.

Just a pic of my MP-22. He's not a favorite in my TF collection but that is mostly because of his size. Posing him is also rather difficult. But I like him here.
