They're not Revoltech, they are Hasbro... they just stole the joint technology. Doesn't bother me a bit though. They look to be in scale with Revoltech, which gets an A+ in my book.

According to what was seen at BotCon, they'll be available in August, for $9.99.

Are they in scale though? Bumblebee looks to be the same size as Megatron-- that won't work.

That's what I don't like about the other toys. The tank Devastator/Brawl (whatever) is the same size as Bumblebee and Jazz when in the movie he's obiviously so much bigger...

I don't think they'll be in scale, especially since they basically "look" to be just like Revoltech figures. They'll all be around 5.5" to 6".

I agree that it would be cooler to have stuff in scale, but since you mentioned Brawl, you should check out the Leader Class version of him that is coming out soon! See HERE and this pic:
