I think you'd be a little closer than I would since I'm in NB.
But if you read the description he talks about a similar auction of about half of what he's offering going for $3000 US-- I'd say he's priced himself in the stratosphere (and judging by the pictures--although quality of pics is not exceptional-- I'd say most are not in the most immaculate shape).

Not one that I'll be bidding on.
