Between trying to finish getting the pieces I want in the SSW LOTR line and picking up the GG bust line, I feel I will pass on this line. Although they do look pretty nice, I just like the others quite a bit more.

I like what I've seen so far from this line but I really don't need a 4th LOTR line right now. The busts are amazing and I'm getting those, also the SS 12" and PF. I think that's enough for me.

Darth, I'm starting to get to the place you already are. Although LoTR is the only license I collect, I'm beginning to wonder if I can commit to this line. I mean, I've got the PF's, the 12" line, the Legendary Busts, and the GG Busts that I know I want - that's a lot of cash tied up already. I just don't know anymore if I can take on one more line. And I'm leaning towards "I just can't do this one, too."

Wow, I'm not even going to touch the legendary busts. No room and too much money for what they are. They look great, but I like the GG busts a lot and that's enough for me.

Here is a bit of a clearer pic of Saruman. The more i look at it the more i like it despite saying that it wasn't my cup of tea. I still won't be buying though simply because i wish to have SOME money left!!!

Hi Everyone,

I'm a LOTR freak and I don't like them. I said that about the GG HP line too and now I have them all. I guess once they come in and I get to hold them and see them up close I may change my mind.

I feel the exact opposite. When I first saw the Saruman, I was like "Damn, another line to collect". But now that they've announced another character that I don't like as much and they have the busts (which look twice as good and cost half as much), it's an easy pass on this line.

Gandalf is such a "gentle/Calm" Character thats what I don't like about his pose. He should be smoking his pipe.

Hi Everyone,

That has to be Gandalf the only time he was really mad in the movie, which was the fight with Saruman inside the Orthanc. He did have a mean look and move which I think the animated maquette represents. Then again I could be wrong. LOL.

It's not Gandalf's pose that bothers me so much, he just looks kinda little to me, then again why am I even considering this? Just when I thought my LOTR collecting was over GG had to release bluddy maquettes & busts!!
Once upon a time I was praying for their SW license to expire to avoid further temptation but then they go & get the LOTR license! ARGHHH!!
Serious prioritising is in order here... I love Sarumon's maquette, maybe I will just get that one.
But then we all know what happens once you get just one don't we?!

I would think based on past history with GG and the CC, most of the newer stuff seen at the con will be out 1st Quarter of 2007.
