another ebay question

Paypal doesn't give a squat about any return policy that was stated in the auction. If you can't prove you shipped, buyer wins. If buyer says item is not as described, paypal requires the buyer to send the item back and provide proof they sent the item as well. Seller will be out the shipping and the buyer will be out the return shipping.

That would suck considering it cost $225 to ship them

well this is my second last email with him. needless to say i agreed to refund him $125 to resolve the matter. against my better judgement, but i guess in a way i was somewhat responsible for this to begin with. even though i'm sure he did this on purpose. oh well cheap lesson learned imo.


here it is:

i'll do $100 usd credit if that will resolve this.
again it was not my intent to mis lead anyone either, since it was stated many times
that these were grid aliens, and if there was any question at all that this wasn't either a grid or warrior alien, it should of been asked before purchasing.

since you've been so good to point out the warrior pics, then why not the grid alien pic, that obviously states grid alien on it???? should that not of prompted a question from you that maybe this item wasn't a warrior alien, as it seems that you neglected to read the main listing heading, not to mention the continious grid aliens in the actual description?
so you would have me believe that you only paid attention to the 2 secondary pics, while completely ignoring the main picture that states GRID ALIEN, along with all of the GRID ALIENS in the description.

so in saying that, YES i made an error with a couple of my pics, but do you actually believe you didn't make an error here?? for that reason alone i am offering the $100 refund to resolve this, and you will of taught me a lesson on ebay selling that i will not soon forget. since you can see from my feedback score i'm not as experienced as you are with selling.
