Crap! yeah.. I forgot to add these pics after I fixed it.

And NOW that it has been dyed and had buttons added...

eh.. I might have gone a little too dark on the green :/

wow that looks great! I agree that the green is too dark, and also the neck opening should go a little lower. It looks really good. Almost like the exact same thing!

I think it's probably something I ate but I'm not feeling particularly well today, so I stayed home and ran to the bathroon to vomit/slept/watched movies on netflix. Eventually, I got bored and started working on the bandolier from Uncharted 3.

at this stage, I've only made one of the closure flaps but I WILL add them all.

Hot damn! That looks nice, hope you feel better soon man! The holster looks black there when it should be dark brown but it looks awesome!

As far as Uncharted 3, I had a go at Drake's hip pouch last night.

I'd say I blew the size.. I was going for one that would hold the UC3 journal but at that size, it ends up being TOO large.

Having just completed a platinum run on Uncharted 2 for my cousin, I decided to attack Drake's winter/nepal jacket.
I found a render of it on the artist's webpage.

From that, I scaled the image to what would be roughly 1:6th scale in the real world.

I began translating it to a pattern. Sleeves are fairly easy so I started with those.

Now the left Sleeve...

After a test fit, I have decided that I'll probably make a sleeveless shirt for my Winter Drake outfit. They bunched up around the biceps.
Great if I'm going for a normal Drake look but not so great for the winter gear look.

At this stage, I have all (most) of the major parts cut out and I have at least started sewing them.

A quick look at the front, right portion...

Alright, the jacket itself is NOW mostly done. Technically it still needs one part added but I think I MAY leave it off... not sure.
But first..
I sewed it all together. Hadn't added a collar or any "wool" material at this stage.

This shows the craft felt material that I chose for the interior

ANND a few hours later, the jacket was all together.

I basically have it done now. Just need to add the round metal bit to the holster and possibly some color. While I was at it, I made him a sleeveless undershirt, this time in more correct colors.
