me too, I want to see a helmet before ordering >< the storm trooper helmet came out nice, but the FO one had issues.

Speaking of which... any idea why ANOVOS still has their Stormtrooper helmet as "Preorder"? I'd like to purchase one but there's no way I'm sending any money their way due to their history in handling preorders.

I ordered my OT Stormtrooper helmet at the tail end of February but it hasn't shown up yet. I "assumed" that they would ship them more or less right away because they're already being included in the full armor sets.

I also have their Vader on order. But IF I can get eFX's ANH in-hand before Anovos delivers, I might just cancel that one. Time will tell...

I don't know if I missed something... but where is the separate Kylo Ren helmet gone on their website? Is it sold out? Or what is going on? It was the only one I was interested in.

I see it as part of the complete Ren attire.

I'm still curious about this. Anyone got some intel?

The Anovos helmet is Standard Line. So it depends what you are after.

Well tough to say, I don't believe it had an ES and it's definitely going to continue being produced to go with the costume, however I cannot say for certain they will offer it standalone again. It may come back again though, for example you cannot currently order the Storm Trooper armor in kit form anymore, however they said previously they plan on bringing that back. Asking them directly is probably the best way to get a definitive answer >< On the plus side you may have dodged a bullet with it as I believe it was going to be too big (sized larger to fit more head sizes or some such).

edit: I just looked and it does seem like the TK kit is indeed back up for order Unfortunately they don't seem as responsive on the RPF as they were afore.

according to the someone on the rpf the question was asked on facebook and that was the answer, no line was provided though and I wasn't interested enough to dig it up myself so, grain of salt ><

Sooooo...... I ordered the Anovo from EE and got an email stating it would ship in May then about ten minutes later I get another email from them that states the order status has changed and the EARLIEST it will ship is May.

This isn't coming till next year. Lol

And what does it mean that the Anovo is the "standard line"?

Standard line is their budget version of the helmets. It doesn't have the same level of detail and other materials are used. Also has less luxurious padding inside.

So the $550 Anovos is going to be less detailed than the $299 EFX??

If you're talking about the Vader helmets from ANOVOS & eFX, they're completely different animals IMO. I have the eFX Limited Vader (love it) - & as I understand - the new one they're offering is the same, except it'll be made of plastic. It's from ANH, & is close to screen accurate in appearance. The ANOVOS Vader is an idealized mash up of the ESB/ROTJ, & will be fiberglass. It is not screen accurate, but has never been advertised as such. & from some pictures I've seen, I do think it looks good. I can't say for certain, however, as I - nor anyone else who ordered one - has received them.
