Prop ANOVOS goes into Star Wars Costuming

Big Difference in weight, Anovos much heavy. EFX feels cheap. I have no clue about which is more accurate.

That looks like to be eFX's PCR Vader helmet. It isn't fiberglass, it's suppose to feel lighter and "cheaper" than the Anovo's which is fiberglass. If you had the Legend or the LE eFX it would be a fair comparison.

Would love to see more pictures of the entire suit from Anovos. You got the set correct and not the helmet as a stand alone?

I know what you mean: here is my Anovos (left) next to my Don Post Classic Action helmet from 1997. I can't see much out of the bubbles -- but they shore look purty!

those bubble lenses are way off too :< the regular bubbles look a lot better (they don't always fit 100% though).

The EFX helmet was $329.00 "PRECISION CAST REPLICA SPECIAL EDITION", I think the Anovos Helm is $550 if bought separate. I don't know the details of both.

Very cool, I still have an order for the helmet stand alone.

Yeah, your eFX is a beautiful helmet but it's plastic. Anovos is fiberglass. That accounts for the weight difference.

I got the shipping notice for my stand alone Darth Vader helmet!!!
Just shy of 2 years (by about a month), & it's finally on its way home. It'll be here Monday.
Now, if only eFX will ship me my Legend Biker Scout (2 1/2 years & STILL waiting, with no end in sight), & RS PropMasters my weathered Biker Scout (well over a year & half wait - although they say they're "working on it").
So, even though it's not here yet, it looks like ANOVOS has won my race.
