And now they’ve just sent out an “all sales final” email effective today, without an offer to refund customers who’ve been waiting months or years for products.

i believe the "all sales final" policy is only for orders starting today on. previous orders obviously can still get refunds back.

The Vader helmet was definitly the best i have received from them after 3 years waiting, id pay on day 1.
i wait over 3 years for a 2 refunds and over 100+ mails with 7 or 8 guys, the refund i get back in € but i paid in $.
the AT-AT helmet was an absolutely desaster under 1mm thin, 1 piece on the backside weight more than the complete rest of the helmet and the (ABS) plastic helmets is for me waltmart stuff for 15$ -20$ cosplay helmets with better a little bit better digi print or maximum cheap china hasbro black series recasts. the eFX ABS helmets 100000% better but the rest is the same ***** like aNOvos.
