And remember it was just one photo of Vin Diesel in front of a Avengers comic at the Marvel office that sent sites into a frenzy. So sites will use this photo to talk about Ant-Man casting in general, even though they realize Simon Pegg is just messing around.

I guess the delay is cause Ant-Man was always intended to be part of Marvel Phase 2 plans, even though the director was announced way early when Marvel Cinematic Universe just began.

Ant-Man will be released early from November 6, 2015 to the summer spot for July 31, 2015. This will be about three months after Avengers: Age of Ultron, which is getting released on May 1, 2015.

Cap and Thor lose theirs as soon as they can, Hawkeye doesn't have his and the only reason Iron Man gets to keep his is that they can show his face in the HUD.

It's different. Antman needs his helmet, so I'd imagine they do something similar to IM with him.

exactly. while I'm sure they'll open it up, similar to Cap's, he needs his helmet on.

Although with Disney involved, I can almost see that cliche scene where he removes his helmet to show an ant he's non threatening and will learn how to somehow communicate with them in english

I'm just curious to see how they handle the Ant-man/Ultron angle with Ultron being introduced before Ant-man. Unless of course Ant-man will be a surprise intro in Avengers 2 with his solo film happening after his first appearance.

I thought it'd already been announced that Ultron would be a biproduct of Stark tech and not a creation of Pym?
