Anyone Else Alone in the Collecting World?

i'm alone with my collecting, my daughter don't like my action figures, but loves the statues i collect.my ex wife hated my collecting period, but also grow to hate me too.

i have one friend that collects 1/6th stuff,but otherwise i pretty much keep it as my dirty little secret.my wife used to give me all kinds of ^^^^ about it,but now that we are divorced thats not a problem.the divorce wasnt due to my collection either but due to other reasons totally. so fast forward and im in my bed with my new girlfriend [who is 100% japanese and totally hot] she says whats that stuff? ill tell her its my monster collection and she says 'your too cute'

They all say that till you get married! Then it's "Do you really have the money for that?" Or "We don't have anywhere to put those, that looks right"

A long time ago I decided I had to come out of the nerd closet and wear my badge of nerdery proudly. This should be awesome but sadly my boyfriend complains that my den looks like a 12 year old boy's comic book room and I complain about him getting a 25 inch LCD monitor to just program on. :shrug

My girlfriend is very suportive, she even pre-orderd the Iron man 1:1 bust
for my x'mas present, she has also bought me others in the past for birthdays. TOP CHICK!!!!
parents are cool to whenever they come for a visit they always go straight to my cabinet and ask "get anything new"?. I guess they can see it makes me happy.

I blamed it on my mom, cos she refused to buy toys for me when I was young
And now Im making up for lost childhood hehehe.

But I have to thank my gf for being supportive too, she collects ball-jointed dolls herself.
So we would always buy each other gifts of toys.
