Be careful with sharks. Eventually you end up with ONE fish in the tank. Even with sharks one generally grows faster than the others or is more aggressive and he will kill the others and eat them. There are several species you can keep, but more often than not you end up with only one left eventually.

Nice tank Fisto. I always wanted a fish tank. About 10-13 years ago, I bought all I needed to start the hobby, and read about every descent book on fishkeeping I could find. Unfortunately, I couldn't make up may mind on WHERE to place the fish tank, and so it's still empty... I've forgotten most things about fishkeeping, but i still have the books too; So, maybe one day...

Yeah I have heard that many times. It would be cool to have a shark in there with a live coral reef and maybe some crabs and stuff that the shark wouldn't mess with. But until I change jobs it couldn't work since I am gone so much.
