Anyone ever do Joker Thugs

Has anyone here ever thought about creating some parts/outfits for making some thugs to go with figures like the upcoming Sideshow Joker? Something cartoon/comic/video game inspired vs the Nolan movies. Things like Arkham jumpsuits, black & white striped mime spandex, clown masks etc... I think a few thugs would look great in a dio with the SS Joker and Harley.
I don't mind sculpting myself but when it comes to doing anything involving a needle and thread Im useless so if someones been working on this stuff or if someone already did and I just missed it Id appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

I was planning on bashing some thugs to go with my joker.
Was thinking about using the clown mask that came with that mad bomber figure and dirtying it up a little.

Not sure of what I'll be doing for the clothes.
