I sent them pictures of the cityscape base a couple of days ago but haven't heard anything back yet. Has anyone gotten any word back after sending the pics?

Nope! not a word! I expect they had to have them shipped from the factory, so we probably won't see them until sometime in the New Year.

I still haven't sent my pic in. How do you make sure the pic is no bigger than 5"x7"?

havent heard anything from them. Would be nice to get a confirmation

I wouldnt be surprised if they didnt even start manufacturing until the error was discovered.

If you are using Windows, you can right click and go to properties and the Summary tab will tell you the size and dpi. You will have to open it in some kind of picture editing software to resize it or change the dpi. They want the pictures pretty small; 5x7 at 72dpi is not very big.

That's why I also included my number in text in the email as well... :lol

If you use Outlook just go to attachment properties once you insert the pic to the email and size it down to "small". This is ideal for postcards and email attachments. That should be good enough.

I'll send my email today or tomorrow. These probably won't ship until next month anyways.

I sent my e-mail last week and have not heard anything back. I bet it will be sometime in January when we get the base.

I sent it the same day I got the email from sideshow, I just email them another one just in case they did not get the first one, I have no ideal of the size of the photo, I just sent it 42k and small size of the pic, does it really matter?????:monkey3

Dusty/Aimee...whomever...

I sent in my photos last week, and asked for a quick confirmatory email...didn't receive one.

Did the same thing this past Monday...once again, no response.

What is the big :duh deal about sending a one-sentence response, like..."Got it." ???

I can understand. With hundreds, perhaps thousands of customers, they probably receive a lot of email everyday for things like returns/replacements, shipping questions, general questions, requests for products, etc. They obviously get so much email they have asked people not to send in the same question more than once because it slows down the process. Granted, if you don't receive a timely response, the first instinct is to email again, but I don't think anyone has received a response on the Negative Spidey base yet. Your better option would be to enable "delivery" and "read" receipts requests in your email client. I know a lot of people don't allow those receipts to be returned to the originator of the email, but Sideshow does not have that option turned off, so I get a receipt when someone from Sideshow reads my email and that way I know they got it. Just a thought...

I honestly think they won't even look at these emails until the base arrives to them (sometime next month). That's why I took my time sending mine.

Sorting through all the emails to match the edition sizes to each customer will be a pain.

It takes a couple days guys, chill.

Also...with the loss of Diane things probably are a little behind this week.

I DID enable the delivery and read receipts...I still got nothing back.
