I sent them pictures of the cityscape base a couple of days ago but haven't heard anything back yet. Has anyone gotten any word back after sending the pics?

Thanks Lonnie.lcummins said:If you are using Windows, you can right click and go to properties and the Summary tab will tell you the size and dpi. You will have to open it in some kind of picture editing software to resize it or change the dpi. They want the pictures pretty small; 5x7 at 72dpi is not very big.
yeah thats what I was thinkin too. First couple pics I took I couldnt even read the ES number they sized down so small.lcummins said:5x7 at 72dpi is not very big.

I sent in my photos last week, and asked for a quick confirmatory email...didn't receive one.
Did the same thing this past Monday...once again, no response.
What is the big deal about sending a one-sentence response, like..."Got it." ???

With hundreds, perhaps thousands of customers, they probably receive a lot of email everyday for things like returns/replacements, shipping questions, general questions, requests for products, etc. They obviously get so much email they have asked people not to send in the same question more than once because it slows down the process. Granted, if you don't receive a timely response, the first instinct is to email again, but I don't think anyone has received a response on the Negative Spidey base yet. Your better option would be to enable "delivery" and "read" receipts requests in your email client. I know a lot of people don't allow those receipts to be returned to the originator of the email, but Sideshow does not have that option turned off, so I get a receipt when someone from Sideshow reads my email and that way I know they got it. Just a thought...
