I only have Trinity and it absolutely, positively isn't worth the money. She's just a statue in clothes - well, her arms move, but that's it. It looks decent, but isn't really an "action figure."

Michael's review is pretty much dead on.

Neo is awesome but Trinity's articulation is horrible. I was going to try switching her over to a PB but I never got around to it. Trinity overall is good as long as you don't mind posing her in the one pose that she can actually do.

Duckgoo, how did you attach the GG busts to the Dragon bodies?

Abstractharmony - Saw off head of bust, use sculpy to attach head to body. You will need to do some sculpting with the neck. Then paint the neck to match the face when you are done.

I have the Hot Toys (unofficial) version. Its a decent figure and the only 1/6 Neo from the first movie worth mentioning. It suffers from the generic headsculpt syndrome of Hot Toys, but is definitely serviceable. And if you catch one on eBay you can usually get it for under $100.

I bought mine some time ago for $50. The very first generation HT bodies suck (they have monkey arms that'll put luke's arms to shame), and the head sculpt doesn't look at all like him. Also HT's first generation guns were too large and undetailed unlike their current weapons.
Since I have suitable replacements for the body and weapons, all he's missing now is a replacement head for the perfect Neo.

OK, I also have the HT "Neo" from "The Matrix" and I like him. The sculpt is not great, but I was happy enough with the outfit, guns, poseable coat, etc. I got it in 2002 (or 03) and at that time it was pretty good. That said, it definitely could use a Dragon body replacement and maybe a GG sculpt head swap.

The Medicom Neo from the second film is much better -- body and head -- but its still too pricey for me.

I've always wanted that Medicom Trinity too, but after reading this thread I'm now less inclined to buy her at the current prices. I have that N2 Trinity -- which sucks -- but I always thought I'd get around to a body + head swap. Still haven't got around to it. The sequels quelled my obsession.

Yeah, the glasses come off and there are eyes underneath. I have a GG Smith bust that I was planning on hacking to make a custom Smith.

I have to disagree, sure its not as good as the current Hot Toys figures, but I've been very happy with him. I have him suspended upside down in a w/guns in each hand and it looks pretty sweet.

Also, if you're happy with the V3 Android Hunter, you'll like this figure
