I have to disagree, sure its not as good as the current Hot Toys figures, but I've been very happy with him. I have him suspended upside down in a w/guns in each hand and it looks pretty sweet.

Also, if you're happy with the V3 Android Hunter, you'll like this figure :lol

Wor-Gar and galactiboy, thanks for the other side of the equation!

The thing about the V3 Android Hunter is I swapped the clothes and head for a Sideshow body. I was thinking I could do that for Hot Toys Neo when I realized that I had no idea if that would work.

But if the head sculpt isn't that great... I mean, it looks fine in photos but after all the great Sideshow sculpts lately and the Hot Toys Superman... I think I've grown jaded when it comes to head sculpts.

I dunno. The auction doesn't end till Saturday. Maybe I'll snipe at it if stays low.

I may have given the wrong impression about HT's "Neo" figure, for an unlicensed figure it looks great. The body used can be easy and quickly switch with a Dragon neo body (it's a term describing Dragon's newer body design, has nothing to do with the character) that'll only cost about $12. I think the HT "Neo" head is compatible with Dragon neck posts.
The HT "Neo" head is soft roto cast and with the metal framed/plastic film lens glasses he comes with he kinda looks like Keanu if you squint a little.
The guns are on par with Ultimate Soldier quality from about 4 years ago. And can be easily and cheaply replaced with better ones from Dragon.
The costume is very nice, he comes with real metal buckles on his harnesses if my memory serves (mine's in his box, in the closet) but I don't remember them being shinny steal buckles in the movie.
I'd also suggest getting plastic modern sun glasses from Dragon since they look better then the ones he comes with.
If you've seen pictures of the figure online, that's pretty much what you can expect.

Sideshow and HT have really brought 12" figures to a whole new level this past year.

The old HT Neo is not at this level by any stretch...but its either that one or the N2 Neo. Yikes!
