In short, I've been thinking of relocating... and I am drawn to that city (or surrounding 'burbs) for some reason.

I went there on vacation a couple of years ago. I know the people were speaking english, but I couldn't understand a word anybody was saying. I though Louisiana was bad, but WOW. Plus, Boston smells like fish. Just thought I'd throw my irrelevant comments out there.

You should move to Southern California's San Fernando Valley !!!!!

I obviously do NOT live in Boston, but I've visited plenty of times, as my dad's family lives there and in the surrounding suburbs/towns. I LOVE BOSTON! If I didn't live in LA (or San Francisco), I'd live in Boston. People are cool, it's pretty laid back, the subways rock (after living in LA for the past 3 1/2 years, I'm attracted to places where you don't need a car to get around), great history and culture, four seasons, etc, etc.

Here are my top 5 cities to try to live in for at least a year before I die:

1. San Fran
2. Boston
3. NYC
4. Austin (again)
5. San Diego

(If you couldn't tell, I'm a nomad and a city girl :lol)

COUGH COUGH... Hmmm, Dusty? That should be top five AMERICAN cities to live in. I don't see Montreal there and if it isn't in the top five then I know that your list can't be accurate.:D

Montreal? That's in France, right?

Non... But then you're probably not used to dating French Canadian women--- for that matter coming from the south you're probably not used to dating anyone who wouldn't appear at your own family reunion--- held at the local trailer park...:D

Hahahahahahahahahah! :lol :rotfl :lol

(Yes, I have a sense of humor)

Then again, I may live in the South but I am hardly Southern at all. :monkey5

You mean you don't drive a brightly painted orange car with a questionable flag on its top? You don't rough house with your cousin while evading the long arm of the law---- all simultaneously spending far too much time with a female cousin that every natural feeling you have says that the "natural" feeling you have of wanting to nail her just ain't right? Never meaning no harm? Been in trouble with the law since the day you were born? Making your way the only way you know how?

Enough of the frivolity. You're in the Atlanta area--- what are you hearing on the local news about this Chris Benoit situation? Is it really going in the direction (murder suicide of both his wife and young son) that doesn't even bare thinking?

Yep. That's the word on the street.
