They say the are at it since 2015 and it seems that's the truth.

They have no contact information. Just a ****** chat on their website, and they are not exactly very responsive.

Thinking of preordering a figure w/ them, but I am not sure.

If any of you has successfully interacted with those guys, please LMK.

Used them once a few years ago. They seemed ok, answered my questions via email at the time. I assume they have changed the way you contact them now?

Emails are gone. You dig, you find them, but you get an automatic answer
saying they no longer monitor them, and you should use the chat.
Chat is semi-dead. They answered once, but not amymore.
I have already give up on them.

Sounds like they aren't very realible anymore then? I'd definitely would go pre-order with someone else
