Probably, it was listed as "bride dress" when I found it, and it looks similar. Ah well, thanks. Anyone have any more info, let me know. Looking for something that could pass for Bellatrix LeStrange (Harry Potter).

"...similar..." but it is much shorter.
I have bought such a dress a few months ago from a other asian EBay seller. (It tooks 4 weeks to arrive in Germany).
First i used it for a SSC BtVS Vampire Buffy:
