Finally scored a Supergirl!!! Got it for an amazing price brand new on ebay. Paid $321.04 all in which isn't too far from retail. It would have cost me about $287 if my local collectible shop ever actually got it in and about $307 if I had gotten it from Sideshow.

Any reason as to why this is sold out so fast? And prices are raising?

Was this a limited release?

I thought this would've been a shelf warmer as most comments I saw across multiple boards seems as though collectors were "meh" about it

I can only speculate - yeah it appears it was a pretty limited release and the final product turned out better than the proto. People find her to be a highlight of that film with many sad she won't be reprising the role. Others just like the suit itself and/or the fact it's Supergirl and it matches Cavill Supes well for a pretty neat display.

We'll see if those sentiments and prices hold when Milly Alcock Supergirl is unleashed.

Never say never but a 2.0 is highly unlikely.

Only a Sith deals in absolutes.

I think HT likely reduced the production size on this after the movie bombed. Also, this being a one off character increased its collectibility. The movie was okay in my mind. Keaton and her were definitely highlights of the movie for sure. As for Alcock… We will have to see her movie to see how she turns out…Her figure will have to be Artisan to do justice to the blonde hair…and that will mean $$$
